A

  1. My life has changed recently, and I feel totally overwhelmed. I am interested in re-learning about myself.

  2. I find it hard to live in the present and do not have time to relax.

  3. I enjoy studying as it gives me a sense of achievement, but I do not have much time.

  4. I need to develop more confidence in who I am, be grateful for what I have already achieved by exploring my life before I can decide how I can transfer these skills into a new project.

  1. I have an idea but I need a non-judgemental person to listen and facilitate how I can make this happen.

  2. I need to feel challenged and regain my personal self-belief before I can create that change.

  3. My mind is full of far too many ideas of what I would like to do so there is no point in working on any of these goals.

  4. I need to break my idea down into an action plan that involves short term and long-term goals.

  5. I need someone to motivate me, reassure me, listen and support me through a change in my life.

  6. It never seems to be the right time to begin my dream.

C

  1. I have lost control and focus in my life.

  2. Negative thoughts and self-doubts are holding me back in my life.

  3. I worry too much about what others think.

  4. I am too stressed and busy to make time for myself and even consider making any changes.

  5. Fear is holding me back from making the change that I want.

  6. Past experiences have affected my ability to move on and live in the present and plan for the future.
